Some experiences need more time, space, and nervous system support than a traditional therapy hour allows. Brainspotting Intensives offer extended time and continuity for deeper processing than traditional 55–60 minute therapy sessions.
Extended Brainspotting sessions are designed to help you slow down, stay with your body’s natural pacing, and process more deeply—without feeling rushed or time-limited. These options offer greater continuity and flexibility for nervous-system-based work, allowing material to unfold in a supported, attuned way.
You do not need to choose a longer or more intensive format for Brainspotting to be effective. Together, we’ll determine what level of support and structure feels most appropriate for you.

Brainspotting Intensives are not crisis services and are not intended to replace emergency or higher levels of care when those are needed.
Brainspotting Intensives are private-pay services due to their extended length and structure. Standard insurance-covered therapy sessions remain available and are always an option.
Brainspotting Intensives are designed to complement—not replace—ongoing therapy. Some clients return to standard sessions after an intensive, while others incorporate intensives periodically as part of their care.
